Shipping policy

Online Shopping Cart Order are generally completed and dispatched within 7 to 10 working days. If the product you have ordered is not in stock, we will contact you to discuss your order.

Shopping cart orders are sent via USPS mail service. Once your order has been sent, you will receive notification via email or text of the status of your delivery, with a tracking number so that you can follow its progress online.

$50+ Shipping FREE (domestic)

If you have any questions about the status of your delivery that you are unable to resolve via the USPS tracking system, contact us at any time and we will endeavor to follow through on your delivery as soon as possible.

 

Damage During Transit.

We take the upmost care to ensure that your candy leaves our hands packed to endure normal transit. However, delivery is beyond our control and we are not responsible for damage caused in transit.

If you would like your online order sent at a later date- that is not a problem. Just email us at questions@stickyusa.com and let us know.

CURRENT DELIVERY DISRUPTIONS. At the moment USPS delivery times have extended, particularly to regional areas. We ask for your patience.

All customized orders and orders over 18 pounds are sent within the USA via USPS or UPS. 

All care is taken to ensure that deliveries are packed in such a way as to minimise the potential for damage, however, Sticky can take no responsibility for loss or damage that occurs as the result of negligence on the part of our delivery service providers.
